Iron Butterfly Design is a precision laser engraving studio in Tucson, AZ. We build custom signs, awards, plaques, and personalized gifts using our DWC2440 PRO CNC system at ±0.001" accuracy. Our commercial signage line includes ADA-compliant suite signs with Grade 2 Braille, lobby identity panels in walnut and brushed aluminum, and building directories with changeable tenant inserts. Family-owned and veteran-operated (Air National Guard), we handle every project in-house — zero outsourcing.
